So I moved my games to my SD card but when I started up my phone my game apps arent in the app menu. I have to create a short cut on the home screen to access or use them. How do I get them back in the app menu on my phone?
Have you tried restarting your phone? I use Link2SD and I know Link2SD used to link the programs but required a restart for the icons to showup and I know that Link2SD and the android os are similar on the transfers to your sd card. Still strange but something to try?
If your phone is rooted you can also try actually using Link2SD, I like Link2SD better simply because you can move any app you want to your sd card as well as link your Davlik-cache saving even more space.
