saving to sd card

My name is Renee.....I have an Android Incredible and I'm not use to a phone that has all this kind of technology,so therefore I am totally lost and starting to get very annoyed at myself!!!!! I do not know how to save all my pictures and all my music to my sd card..nor do I know how to attach a music file to a message any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated I'm almost ready to reset to factory conditions. Also I was downloading free ringtones from mytinyphone.com and to start with it saved them to my ringtone list but now I have to sign onto the browserand hit the menu button to find the songs I've downloaded from the same exact site but can't use them as ringtones or anyhing else other than to just listen to and it has me ready to pull out my hair in aggrevation and almost to tearsPLEASEEEEEE HELP ME I MUST BE TOO STUPID TO OWN SUCH A SMART PHONE
