It seems, boost will no longer carry them. The Galaxy Rush, will be replacing it. No official word yet as to when the last day is, but in my area and a few others...they've stopped selling them. The Boost Rep stated that boost will no longer carry the Prevail.

The Rush, will have a whopping 768mb internal,cameras..etc

I think someone needs to tell Boost that I'm willing to make a bulk purchase on the Prevail. I'll take a significant amount depending on how much they want to charge. For $9 a pop I'll take a thousand. Where is the direct number to Boost?

( but for now I am happy with my two Prevails )
 
Yea,..they will sell alot..probably start seeing them in the dollar general stores.

I still have service with the phone, but after a get the SSGS2, ill still use this as a backup,gps,maps...etc, or hand it off to the kid.
 
If anyone figures out how/when/where Boost is going to unload their stock of Prevails then let me know. I'm sitting here with four grand burning a hole in my wallet! :D :smokingsomb:
 
Looks like I may be switching to T-Mobiles new unlimited 4g plan for only $30 a month in a few months to bad the prevail isn't compatible with it. Anything from the past year or so would be a major upgrade over our little device. I will be looking into getting a HTC One S for about $150-$200 used since T-Mobile wants $450 for a new SG2 off contract and thats more then what Boost Mobile is asking for their SG2.

i like how it looks almost exactly the same as the sgp. at least now apple cant say it looks like the iphone! bitches
 
Says they come with 2.3 too i just noticed. pretty cool... mine came with froyo lol
 
Mine came with froyo too. I got it within days of it hitting the shelves. I'm on the $50 plan since I didn't "upgrade". I'm now on GB... well my prevail is.

$70-80 is too much. I'm looking for wholesale rates. I'm interested in buying bulk but only pay bulk prices. Anyone figure out how to get those let me know. I'm going to get in touch with a local dealer.
 
Mine had Froyo too. I had mine a couple of days after it hit Radio Shack shelves. I brought my 2 week old BlackBerry in and traded it for the Prevail. Damn good decision too. :D
 
of course one of the most overlooked phones of 2011 would end up being so awesome. that's why in general i like things that aren't so well known in the first place. I dont think we could ever give hroark all the thanks he deserves... i really couldnt imagine NOT having his mods and others he helped create! once i retire my sgp it will live on as my GPS/dashboard for my old ass crx so at least the work from all the devs was well worth their frustration. thanks all of you who were involved, i owe you guys
 
love my rush. can anyone say iphone 4s competition. accept for the low camera(3mp) and low resolution(mdpi) its basically the same thing for 1/3 the price and no contract.
 
hell yeah i got in a car accident and lost my phone somehow in the chaos, getting a settlement too. so .... im getting a rush and thats that. fuk yea
