Root SBF .605 question

This link [ROM] Stock-Rooted-Deodexed 4.5.605 is listed in our rom and theme section as being the .605 sbf, but the instructions sound more like just installing a rom.

So, my question, does this file take you from .602 to .605 (rooted) without really having to do the rsd route?

I thought things must be getting easier if we could flash an update just like a rom

I am about ready to take the plunge and move up to .605 and noticed that when I went to download the .605 sbf file from that link.
