Root sbf help

I'm trying to sbf my phone (which I have done successfully before). After the process is complete, my phone will not reboot. I still get the white text, even when I pull the battery and power on. Any ideas on what to do?

I was previously on an old version of Apex for 2.2. I wanted to restore an old back up so that I could get to stock for the update, but I chose the wrong file and something got messed up, hence the need for sbf.
 
The white text i get says:
MEM_MAP Blank
Service Req'd
Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB

I cant seem to get it to boot up

After doing some research, this error message comes from using the wrong sbf. Problem is, idk which one to use... help please?!!?

thanks for the help. I've been away from the forums for too long, so its kinda hard getting back into this and keeping up with all i've missed.
 
Pay no mind to me. Caffeine intake is really high again........lol.....trust me aggie......with all the coffee I drink, I look like your dog pic quite often........lmao.
