Scared to install ROM!

If you know how to load apps using adb and think you could be fast enough to load one at a time before each loop, then it'll save you the trouble of re-installing
 
Hi in response to your last post. I am sort of a newb at all this stuff. I am not sure how to load apps using adb. I do not think I will be allowed to load apps anyway because my phone keeps going to the sony ericsson screen and then just keeps in a loop after that. I can not load to the main screen. If you have any suggestions it would be gratefully appreciated. Also if its not possible how do I reinstall?
