i have rekindled an old developers soul and hes been teaching me alot to get far as far as htc one svs and things that use fastboot and adb are concerned. inspired him so much he is starting to dev again and we may get a new custom rom in the mix and other goodies perhaps.now i wont ruin the suprise just yet.if he wishes to come foward himself before time thats his call.in a few weeks a possible testing phaze will commence.

intrigued?you should be itll be based off of the newest software source. some kinda noise about slim something.hmmm keep tuning in to find out more -teaser trailer

update:ive been informed he has a source code written.hes still tweaking it out but should be ready for testing in a few days when he returns.seeing as how this thread is getting alot of views it tells me that there are those thats been waiting for this.this is not a hoax i promise.but like all things it takes time.perfection is not rushed-stay tuned

Holy ojsiagnirujghjreakjgn. /bangsheadagainstwall. This is awesome news. Only if I could get my k2_cl off boot loop. /fastboot oem rebootRUU or whatever the command is isn't working, just starts booting back into bootloader.

Just noticed your other post. I'm trying the adb and fastboot you posted.

honestly you may only need to change the boot img.sounds like it may be stuck

RUU may not work.are you s-off?

Nah im s-on. Tried to use Moonshine to s-off when I should've use rumrunner. Im on 4.4.2 so...yeah.

back in the days moonshine worked well and rumrunner i guess was in beta stages i heard.now if your updated to latest 4.2.2 as long as you got an unlocked bootloader and root on your system rumrunner should work fine and dandy on the boost model.

i know your problems a lil different though klethal as i have been helping you one on one but this should be noted for anyone else that doesnt suffer from your unusal predicament.i havent given up on fixing you though buddy XD

Holy flipping ship that is some amazing news, in my opinion I found it unfair that the foreign versions of this phone got more support and even got a ROM or 2. I may sound selfish but it is true and I just feel intrigued about this news and can't wait for the big surprise :D

Unfortunately i dont know how long itll take.
Due to the dev moving to a place where boost service doesnt exist, he wasnt into it until he helped me understand the coding nature of it all.
Thankfully he still had the phone to test and i helped him get the new source.
Now im waiting on his genius to see what he comes up with and im also planning on making some new twrp backups and such for the time being to help those that are s-on and bricked.
Question though should i make one with just root supersu and busybox preinstalled or one that gets rid of the unnessecary bloatware fully set up for the data throttle exploit and add things to the system like xposed installer es file explorer.
I need thoughts while we are waiting on the custom rom?
Dont ask for any app that you have to pay for included,as it cannot be illigal like that!!!!

thats alright, ive been keeping it alive in your abscence.missed ya buddy.keep doing what you do ;)

and oh ya,now i guess people know who the special dev is ;) keep watching

theres older ones but its in the process.you try my backup.its alsmost like a custom rom,on stock still but its a really nice debloated one set up with enhancements.i inspired russelvone to pick this back up for the latest firmware but for now i think youll like the backup, just flash twrp and restore that backup and watch the difference.official full fledged custom rom be out in a month or so,like i said russel is hard at work on one.(to restore that backup i think you need to be on official 4.2.2 first for it to read properly but not sure, makes sense though)

Hey! I wanted a jedi master for Android! I applied and everything. Actually I've gotten a lot of help here and am glad to know who the mystery dev is. A lot of the best work around here has been his. Also I can't wait to try the custom backup. I already manually slimmed my rom, but I'm timid (cuz I can't fix everything, so I try not to break stuff) and haven't even begun to delve into x posed. Thanks guys!

Lol.... By the way, my Droid 4 died on me and I'm rocking a "windblows" HTC one m8......

So none of the Google apps I used like hangouts are compatible.... I'll have my m9 when it's released in march

htc m8 is cool but never was a fan of windows lol.wasnt even aware the m8 came in windows form ;P and lucky on the m9.

I heard the main benefit of a windows phone is the cross compatability with pc apps. Remote access is easier and such. Personally I think it would be nice if my phone would be a remote control for all my other hardware, but Ill wait for Android to do it rather than immersing in the evil of M$

There are no awesome apps for this device..... Not from the store anyways..... Pure junk in my opinion, tearing apart the firmware, and i WILL find a way to convert this POS to its awesome Android twin

Well first let me say that I don't know what I'm talking about... But...is there some sort of hardware difference that prevents tearing Windows out and putting android in? The same recovery works doesn't it? Is the bootloader still locked or something? And yeah screw Windows. I have been much happier with Linux in terms of capabilities and support. It's still new to me but I like it :)
