Scott Pilgrim vs The World

Hey guys, I saw this movie yesterday and thought it was fantastic. Has anybody else seen it or thinking of seeing it? I definitely enjoyed this movie, it's really fun with lots of old video game references. Hilarious.

I've wanted to see this after I watched the first commercial for it. It looks really funny. Glad to hear someone say they liked it.

I am not a big comic fan, but my friend asked me to go to this movie. Was pretty damn funny, enjoyed it.

Two friends of mine saw it and had nothing but good things to say but I still think I'm gonna wait till I can pirate it or it comes out on DVD for renting.

Seeing this next week, been following this release for a few months since I saw the trailer before Kick Ass...

Plus Edgar Wright is possibly one of my favourite directors.... he did Spaced which was pure genius and also Shaun of the Dead & Hot Fuzz, two of the best British comedy films of recent years.... so yeah, looking forward to Scott Pilgrim!

Edgar Wright did an amazing job. The film was made in a unique way that captured the adventure of reading a comic book, playing a video game, and following a character-driven storyline, all in synchronicity. It was pretty spectacular. Having such a stud for the director and a subtle-comedy machine in Michael Cera, was a perfect combo.

If it's still in theaters where you live I highly recommend seeing it. Well worth the ticket price, which is hard to say these days. It seems like studios aren't aiming to make quality flicks but merely substituting theatrical content with 3-D. (Really hoping that novelty wears off)

Same here. I feel like 3D is more of an inconvenience rather than actual entertainment. Plus, i dont want to have to pay $12 dollars to be given a headache by cheap glasses and lame 3D gags.

I agree, plus for people like me (who are blind in one eye) cant really watch 3d until they come out with 3d monocles hahah
