I bought the g2x almost a month ago, and there is somehow already a tiny scratch on the screen. The phone is still completely functional, but it's enough to bother me. Anything I can do about it?

it may just be a nicked screen protector that comes with it.... not actually the screen itself

If you've determined that it's only the screen protector, you can simply buy a new one to replace it.
