Help scratches

Whats the best way to get scratches off this phone? I normally take very good care of this phone. I've had it since October of last year and I received my first couple of scratches just last week. One of them is sorta deep. Its kinda annoying when trying to watch video, cus my eyes are drawn to the scratches. Any help?

I have absolutely no idea how you could have scratched your Gorilla Glass screen!

However, I just Googled the phrase "how to repair gorilla glass screen" and came up with 117,000 hits. Here are two sites that give explicit directions (with lots of pictures step-by-step).
