Help Screen Acting Like I am Touching It?

I woke up this morning to find that my phone is acting like someone keeps on touching the screen. I did a factory reset and it is still doing it. T_T

Any ideas?

I heard about something like this before, sounds like its busted. Gonna have to take to verizon.

Could it be dirty? I let my (18 mo) son play with TotLock at a restraunt, and I got the phone back with cracker smug on the screen. It acted just like you report. A good cleaning and it was back to normal.

Do you have the phone plugged in when it's doing that? I've had it happen with 3rd party car chargers (not sure if AC adapters do the same).
