Screen and Wallpaper Problems

1. Live wallpaper: I have 2.1 but don't seem to have live wallpaper. I can't find it on my phone. Is it there or do I have to do something special to access it?

2. Viewing landscape mode with sunglasses: When I'm wearing my polarized sunglasses and I switch to landscape mode to view my web browser, the screen goes dark, When I turn the phone back to the upright portrait mode, the screen comes back again. Why is the screen disappearing in the landscape mode with my sun glasses on? Is it something in the screen coating?

I believe the screen is polarized... I can barely see mine if I have sunglasses on.

Stock 2.1 for the Eris does not have Live Wallpapers. Its for the better I suppose, since the Eris isn't really powerful enough to drive most of them adequately.

If you REALLY want them though, I suggest rooting your phone and installing a ROM that supports Live Wallpapers. There are a few out there that run decently.
