Help Screen App Lock

Is there an app where you can lock the applications menu? Like where your friends can only use the apps you have on your home screens. And they can't even see the reat of your apps.
Im sorry if this isnt very understandable, its hard to explain.

I know there are launchers that can limit access to the phone. KidsProof Launcher and KidZone Lite Secure Launcher are 2 of them.
