Help Screen became unresponsive for sometime

the bottom area of screen had became unresponsive nd sometimes whole screen became unresponsive. I have to make phone lock and unlock so as to make the screen responsive again. Please help anyone. I think its a serious problem
 
it happens when phone memory is less or ram usage becomes more.....delete some app's
and clear cache of some apps and reboot
 
thanks samrox for your reply but i had reset my phone and it mean i dont have any apps in my phone. Only 1/4 bottom area of screen became unresponsive and the touchpad also became unresponsive. And sometimes everything became normal. Please help me and suggest me any solution.
 
no I think its a real problem for all of us
for example I face problem sometime when try to type something and the keypads I o p get stuck, its accutally very irritative for chatting specialy.

this phone has capacitive touch screen and which is obviously newest one. this screen requires 5% moisture. the best suggestions is - remove the plastic from the screen if u have one.

this also means winter is going to be worse
 
no my mobile did not fall in water but it had been fallen on roof from at least 5 feet. Anyhow thanks for yr support i think i should go to service centre.
 
Same problem with me. When I'm playing raging thunder, the screen becomes totally unresponsive. Me too ve to lock the screen and unlock it... Any solution?
 
that is problem when there is less ram and screen becomes unresponsive its common this is fixed only by overclocking
 
no harshith i was not suffering from that problem. Actually my mobile got malfunctioned as it was fallen on roof from 6 feet. Some area of my mobile was unresponsive all time whether i do lock or unlock. It dos not come to normal.
 
my phone hasnt fallen from more than a few inches in height and it gets unresponsive at times.

i guess Sam is right. We need to over clock it.
 
My phone has fallen down 6 times or more. Every fall is more than 3feet.

The worst was 5ft and on road. Still working fine.
