Help Screen brightness Resets to 100% after taking camera picture?

I know it's a bug introduced in the GB 2.3.3 update.

But does any1 know a fix for the Screen brightness being Reset to 100% after taking camera picture?

BITTERSWEET- as I broke down & bought the app Camera Zoom FX from the market.
It is a much better camera software & doesn't cause the screen to goto torch mode or freeze.

Shame HTC & Google couldn't provide this stock.
