Help screen bug with green artifacts

Lately I've noticed my phone has some weird bug where when I switch in to some apps I see this quick green screen or some other picture for a second. Here's an example of it in a video I took:

Does anyone know what is happening and what to do to fix this problem?

I've never seen your problem before. If it were my phone, I'd change wallpapers and see if the problem persists. Beyond that, I'd be freaked out and ask for help here after making a vid for YouTube. Sorry... I haven't a clue.

did you install/change your skin? that's what it looks like to me cause of the color when selecting things, etc. Maybe one that isnt compatible.. if not, good luck i hope you solve it, get it fixed. never seen that problem before

I had changed wallpapers a while before this problem started happening. I tried changing wallpapers, but it didnt solve the problem. i wonder if it happened from a recent app I installed?
