Root Screen calibration

Anyone knows how re-calibrate the touchscreen? It's annoying because it's off target. I have to always touch above the intended target to register a touch successfully.

And the lack of a led is horrible on this phone. I have missed calls and texts/emails I like to know right away. Any alternative to this?

Settings>Display>Accelerometer Calibration .....coming from the warp I agree...I miss the notification light..no fix 4 that

Thanks. If would be nice if someone can figure how to blink the soft key backlight. I came from the Touch Pro2 and I missed the blinking notification LED on a missed call, voicemail, received text/email.

EDIT: Wait, that calibrates the accelerometer only, not the touchscreen locations.
