Screen Color

Just wondering how the color on your screens has held up.
I'm talking about the white on a page.
I've had a couple of these,
the first one had a really nice white screen,
but was malfunctioning so I had it replaced with this one.
Right way I noticed that this screen was more of an Off White
instead of true white. It wasn't that bad so I didn't think much of it.
Over time it seems to have become worse though.
Now the white seems to look like a really dirty egg shell white.
I don't know if this is common or not.

I'm on the edge of getting a replacement under warranty
for an unrelated issue. I've been getting really bad echo when
talking to my GF, she has the other line on my account.
I can talk to anyone else, landline, mobile, whatever, and wherever,
with zero issues. But when talking to her, I get a terrible echo of my own voice.
I've updated the roaming on both phones, battery pulls, and hard resets, nothing works.
To me, it seems like something in the network, but the only thing Verizon
is offering to do is swap the phone out with a CPO.
I don't like the idea of that, but if this SCREEN COLOR isn't a common issue either,
then I may be more inclined to take a CPO.
But the thought of getting a devise that some punkass kid beat the hell out of
really doesn't sit too well with me.

my screen has held up fine, only had it a few months though. Echo thing is odd and not realy phone related, should engage foot into vzw bottom. good luck with the CPO, I have had good experiences with CPO in the past, just not with the memory cards (I think they may degaus them...), and all the preloaded turorials are usualy wiped somehow too.

I don't think VZW has room for another boot up in there...haha.
So you're saying that your screen is bright white then, not off white?
Yeah...the echo thing really can't be device related when calls to and from
everyone else are fine. They placed a ticket 2 weeks ago, but no resolution
has been found. I doubt the a-holes even checked it out.

It's quite possible that the problem is in my GF's phone.
No way of finding out without replacing it though, and I'm not gonna do that right now.
But who knows...she's not the one having the problem, just me.
Still think it's a network issue.
