I just got my HTC legend for about a month and I've been more then carefull with the cellphone!
Yesterday, I put my cellphone in my pucket and when i took it out, SUPRISE the screen was cracked from the inside!
WTF?
Is this normal?!?
I feel like there was pressur that was put on the screen and a area that had a sensible spot or something!
Its ridiculus, Bell wont replace it saying its physical damage even if the phone is practicly new, no scratches.
Plus, like I said, the screen seems to be cracked on the second layer of the screen ( when touching , you dont feel any crack)
Can someone tell me if this is normal?!?
And If they should replace it at Bell or directly at HTC.
