Help Screen detaching issue

Has anyone else expierenced this? I was loving my phone till I started feeling quite a bit of flex in the upper right hand corner of my phone and noticed that the adhesive isnt holding the display firmly and now the screen is starting to rise off the phone. So basically I have a lot of play in the upper right hand corner. I have contacted boost waiting for a phone call to see if they will let me exchange it for a new one. I am hoping so since its only a few days old.

So I guess boost's policy is that they dont do exchanges but they will take it as a return. They basically said that if I send it back that they will take it as a return and it may take up to 8 weeks to get that credit back on my card and in the meantime I would have to order a new phone. Seems kind of hokey if you ask me but I guess this is how it is :(

I was looking on line to see if I can find a quick do it yourself fixer upper solution like maybe get a clamp some tissue and a hair dryer and attempt to warm up the adhesive and let it reset. But I doubt that is a garunteed solution. May be better just to send it back and be out the 200+ bucks while I wait for a new one and front the additional 200 to get a new one.

The manufacture probably has a 1 year limited wrranty that covers manufature defects. This would fall under that catigory. Contact ZTE to see if they will fix or replace it for you.

I had such a hassle trying to get my phone replaced.. don't bother trying just return it and either a new phone or wait.. I'm buying it from a carrier and I hate tow wait 8 weeks... How long did you have your phone for?

This started happening to my phone as well. The top left and right sides near the Boost logo have a bit of flex like the adhesive is coming off. I might still hold onto this phone though cause the case should hold it better. This might be a problem with other Warps as well.

For $200 SOMEBODY had better be willing to replace a defective phone. We should NOT be having to try to fix it ourselves. People need to contact the manufacturer and not just resign themselves to having a faulty phone. If we don't make the manufacturer take care of it they'll just keep making crap.

Hey sry to hr dis issue comin up pl:confused:z keep posted i have had for 3 days nothin like that yet

So just a quick update. Boost is taking it back. And what a process it is to do a return. I had to order a new one in the meantime because they DO NOT DO EXCHANGES which really sucks. They also told me it may take up to 8 weeks to get the credit back on my account. I am just hoping that the new phone I get does not also have this issue. Knowing that other people are also getting this concerns me a little....

So I got my new Warp today. And the first thing I did was check the flex in the upper right hand corner of the device and sure enough its pretty squishy so this leads me to think that this may be by design of the phone. Which makes me think this one may begin to detach too. I am wondering if other people are having a fair amount of flex in the screen of there device in the upper right hand corner?

Zero flex as far as I can tell.

I too have an issue with my warp. The upper right corner of the screen has come loose and slightly raised. If I gently press on that corner it moves up and down.

Had the same issue, So I took the back cover off and unscrewed the corner screws a lil then tightnd them up while pressing down (not too hard) on the corner. Fixed it a lot. Also made sure all the screws werr tight, 2 were a little loose. "Just dont strip them!" Hope this helps
