First of all I am so glad I found this site, I think it's already answered 20 questions! However, I haven't found an answer to this one (maybe because I'm not wording my search correctly). At any rate, my phone is driving me nuts. While I'm in the middle of doing something it will randomly dim and then a few seconds later go back to normal. I think it's been doing this since I got the phone it just didn't do it very often so I didn't mind it too much. But now it's happening a lot (4 times just while typing this). Is there a setting that could cause this or do I need to take my phone back to Best Buy (I have the insurance)? I don't think it's an application because I'm pretty sure it happened once or twice before I had downloaded any.
Also, when I restart or turn on after turning off it will go through all the load screens but then keep cycling through without turning on until it is plugged in. It hasn't always done this so is it probably an issue with an application or more likely to be something I should also let Best Buy deal with?
