Help Screen flashes black

When I turn the display on, or go to the homescreen, the screen flashes black for a fraction of a second and it's getting pretty annoying, it happens when I use Go Launcher as well. Does this happen to everyone or is it just me?

mine does not do this. It starts right up, no lag no delay.

Is there an app anywhere like a screenshot taker but instead of a single image, it takes a video of the screen? I don't see how else I can show it.

Actually you know what, the problem seems to be the specific live wallpaper I have. Thats a shame too because it's my favorite one and it's the only one that creates this problem
Also just realized how much faster and responsive the phone is with a static image wallpaper, it sucks we have to choose from performance vs visuals.
