Help screen flicker

Hi all, I have a Legend and the screen flickers, I have sent it in to HTC for "repair" (yeah right) and want to know if anyone else has experienced this issue? I noticed the flicker at night (when I usually turn the screen brightness to 0%)

I think it's called Blinking.........!
