Help Screen Goes Dark When I Make A Call?

Just a problem when I'm making a call. The call screen goes dark very quickly, so it's a pain if I'm topping up or want to see if it's connecting.

Is there any way to set preferences for this? I've adjusted Screen Timeout to 10 minutes in my Display Settings but it makes no difference to the call window.

Also on the call window keypad, I can't find any delete key (unlike on the regular one) which means if I mistype anything, I have to cancel the whole thing.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Hey Dude...When You Are Making A Call Your Screen Turn Off It's because Of Proximity Sensor...You Can Disable It ..Go To Settings, Then Call Settings,Advanced Settings And Untick The "Turn On Proximity Sensor:..Note (This Features Helps Your Mobile To Save Battery When Callings And The Screen Wakes If You Move Your Phone) ...Yes, There Is No Delete Key..You Can't Do Anything About it..Best Of luck

This will save me much hassle. I never would have figured that out. Regarding the keypad, is it possible to use the regular text pad for calls?

I Don't Think It's Possible...You Can't Use Regular Text Pad For calls.For That You May Need To Edit The Rom..Wait So Some One Might Create The Rom Which Supports Regular Text Pad For Calls..Thanx Me If I Was Helpful
