Hey all, new here, my GF has a capavate glide. About 1 month old. When she plugs the charging chord into the phone, the screen "fades" and gets black lines across it and won't charge. When not plugged all is well. Is this a known issues? Tried different outlets and chargers and same result. What can we try?
