Help screen help please

i recently clicked on a pop up on my phone it asked me if i wanted home or sense to be my default, so i clicked home but i have lost four of my screens and everything is different can anyone tell me how to get it back to the way it was without loosing anything

I have exactly the same issue, did you figure out how to solve this?

1. Go to the Home screen.
2. Select the Menu key.
3. Select Settings.

4. Select Applications.

5. Select Manage applications.

6. Select the application that you wish to clear the defaults for.
7. Scroll down to the Launch by default section and select the Clear defaults button.

The next time you open the filetype or action that launched the above application by default, you will be prompted to select a default application.

If you tick the box it will always chose your selection as the default app to launch said filetype... Otherwise, it won't.

Just to clarify, when that happens you don't lose your settings - each launcher retains its own. Quite interesting. Took me a minute to figure it out, too. [=
