After a run yesterday I disconnected my headphones and the podcast kept streaming, but the screen wouldn't shut off when I hit the power button. After ten minutes, I rebooted. powered up again, but the touchscreen wouldn't respond. subsequent reboots and a factory reset later, it still will not respond to touch, and neither will the tactile buttons at the bottom of the screen.
