Help Screen issue

My roommates Vibrant screen has done something quite weird. It's almost as if the colors have inverted but not. Think of semi-inverted colors. I couldn't find a setting to change this what so ever along with searching Google for anything

Any one have any ideas?

screen shot? I have not heard of anything like this before, but I would like to see what you are talking about.
