Help Screen Issue

Samsung Galaxy SII
I recently bought this phone and notice blue shadow while browzing the phone. I recorded a video on youtube to explain this issue. Can someone please verify if this is normal behaviour or fault in phone or software?

It's normal. It is the overscroll glow effect samsung placed there after the last update I believe. you'll see it on various screens and menus.

This is a new feature in 2.3.5 that replaced the bouncing effect in the older version.

If it's bothering you, you could try getting the original browser.apk, it doesn't have that, it just stays normal.
In case your firmware doesn't like it, Make a backup of your existing browser.apk (I don't know how to do that) or find another download of it.
