Hi everyone,
I own a Samsung Galaxy Indulge via Metro Pcs for about 4 months now. Yesterday, the phone fell out of my hands, but not from a great height. I picked it up, and the phone screen went blank. I turned it back on thinking that the impact had probably shocked it into a "protective mode" or something, but when I powered it on, the screen is blank, but I can see the back lit, and even hear the MetroPcs greeting. I immediately went into a MetroPcs, and the guy was willing to let me get a refurbished one in three days for $32.00; however, I wanted to hold out, assuming that with time it would work again, plus I have information stored on the phone itself that I didn't bother to store on the memory card. Anewz, to make a long story short, do you think it's something simple that probably shifted upon impact? Any ideas or solutions? Is it a lost cause? If so, should I just opt for a refurbished one; is it worth it? Do they have problems as well? A reply would be appreciated. Thank You!
