Help Screen Issues.

Just brought a Galaxy S2 from ebay, was told it was in 'Excellent Condition' Dont know if this is screen burn or a software issue?

Is there a protective cover on the screen that can be removed?

Definitely not right. Give it back. And get a refund.

The top bit looks fine (sorry, new to Android myself but I assume that would be called the notification bar??) but the main 'page' of the screen appears to be in negative - inverting your images seems to confirm this theory.

Could it be deliberate like a theme or app?

As I say, I'm new to Android but that's how I see it... certainly check with the seller before returning it.
