Help screen issues

hi, the screen of my note is fade some one can help me.

Click settings, display, brightness and make sure auto brightness is ticked. Then click screen mode and select standard mode followed by done.

Does that help at all?

When did the issue first occur? Has the phone been dropped or damaged in any way.
