Help Screen keeps turning on

Starting about an hour ago, my screen has been turning on like a very slow stop watch- no calls, no notifications, no nothing. Phone is unrooted with only about 5-10 apps and has never done this before. Any ideas? I was on it for a few hours earlier but put it on airplane mode and turned it off while in the shower. When it started doing "it" I turned it off for a bit but it only stopped doing it for a few minutes.

Go to settings/about phone/battery usage. Which ever app is using your battery is the culprit. If it's on the uSD card move it to the system and see how it acts. If it still does it, delete it. If it's already on the system, delete it.
