Help Screen lighting up randomly, Auto rotate issues !

Hey all,
Very sorry if this has already been touched on, but I have not seen it.

Lately, my desire has been lighting up onto the lock-screen randomly, like it would if you pressed the top button to unlock/turn on/turn off etc.
It seems to do this at completely random times, for seemingly no reason at all.
May just be a hiccup in the froyo update, or perhaps an App I'm running?
I run launcher pro and GO launcher (like to change around), Non-rooted, with Desktop visualizer and widgetsoid as the most predominant widgets.

Also, even with auto rotate disabled on both my phones core settings + both launcher settings, it still rotates in apps such as Internet browsers, Messaging apps and the app drawer, as well as every other screen I open that isn't on my home screen (on GO launcher it doesn't rotate on the home-screen, but on Launcher pro is does)

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both my launchers, and most of my predominant apps, but to no prevail.

I am hoping to not have to do a factory reset, but I'm thinking it might be my only option.

I have the HTC desire C and my phone is doing this too! It was doing it less frequently than last night but then I recieved a text and it's doing it near enough every second! I was just wondering if you ever found a solution to the problem? Cos it's really annoying me.
