Help Screen lock timeout?

Is there a screen lock password timeout setting somewhere? i.e. if I turn the screen back on within X minutes, I don't want to have to enter the password.
I have a G2X running stock 2.3.3

If there's no setting for this, is there an app that can implement this delay?

I don't see anything in my CM7 2.3.7 ROM that I am using, but I did see that setup in an ICS ROM that I tried. I think it was the Hellfire Sandwich 1.4 (now on 1.5) from the XDA forums.

Mine (S2, T-mobile) has a 10 sec t/o before it locks. So not mins, but secs.

I downloaded the app "No Lock" which is great (and free!). It doesn't have a timeout feature which I'm still looking for, but I like being able to toggle the lock screen so easily.
