Help Screen, Low storage on sd card problems

I've had this phone for 7 months. My screen barely even works because it's like there's an invisible finger using it so I have to use my keyboard instead of the touchscreen most of the time. Then, I can't take pictures anymore because it says I'm low on storage space. So, I delete all these pictures and apps but it still says I'm low. When I'm texting I only use my keyboard because the screen randomly types letters. But, when I use my keyboard it will open up the contact and call them. I can't hang up most of the time because the screen dosnt work. Somebody just please help me.

Pictures get saved on your microSD card so if you are running out of room on the card, you need to think about getting a new card.

Is your phone rooted? You may want to consider rooting to solve your storage space issues for the phone/apps.

Do a battery pull and clear cache using a cache clearing app for some of your other issues.

Read through the EVO Shift guide for rooting. Before you even think about that, you should try and troubleshoot your issues that you have now.

I was having the same problem. Last night I downloaded the app Storage Analyser (not Analyzer). It showed that I had a huge backup file that I was able to delete. Low storage notification went away, all is well.
