Screen not working

My android tablets screen looks cracked but I can't find any cracks. Half the screen is black and there are crack looking lines and also the screen has horizontal and vertical lines everywhere. I can barely see any of the pixelated things and can't use the tablet as half of the screen is black. Any help? I think it's associated with when I rooted my device 3 days ago

That looks like physical damage from here. It is possible to damage an LCD without breaking the cover glass. Doesn't look at all like a software problem.

LOL, yeah, if that were software-related, you've have a heck of a news story to share .
