How visible is the screen out in the sun? I am trying to decide between this and the Photon and that is one of my concerns with this display - any real life experience?
I have no problem viewing the screen in the sun. I have the Clarivue anti-fingerprint screen protecter on it too, still no problems. I love my phone. Love it. So light and I have no reception issues after the update.
My screen works good outdoors too. Not with the brightness set to minimum, as I usually have it to conserve battery. But having the Power Bar on the Main Screen, I just tap the brightness, and cycles to Max, min, and Auto brightness.
Well, I hear that the screen on the Photon is better outdoors than the Nexus, but the Nexus hands down is better in every other condtion. At least I have read that in the Photon thread. Havent seen a photon outside to tell for sure.
