Help Screen problems after installing screen protector?

I got a privacy screen protector for my Fascinate and it looks GREAT, except one problem. Now I am having sensitivity issues. All the buttons seem to work on the screen except the locked ones on the bottom (phone, contacts, messaging, applications).
I can use ALL other buttons except these will not work. Help?!
Any help would be greatfully appreciated!!

ummm it doesnt say the brand.. I ordered it off ebay to save a little money I guess that is where I messed up? I figured all privacy screens would be the same..
