Help Screen probs

I so need help with my HTC hero right now. I can easily do things like switch pages or open applications on those pages but I cant get the menu with everything on it sometimes I can sometimes I cant.
Realy its just like the bottom tabs wont work.


I have tried
Heating it up with a hairdryer and putting some weight on it for a while but it didnt work

Anyone else know how to fix it or has the same problem?

I wouldn't have recommended doing either of those things!

Is your phone under warranty at all?
