I bought a Flytouch 3 Tablet PC X210 Android 2.2 10.2" Superpad 2 Jpad 8GB Tablet PC 1GHz Flytouch 3 a few months ago. I up graded with Tims 5a. The tablet vibrates when I turn it on but the screen remains black.

plesase help.

Reflash the tablet again.

If you can, full format the sd card (rather than quick format), copy the 2 files over to the sd card, now reflash, and try & try again, it can take 2 or 3 or 4 attempts sometimes.

I tried with tim 4e version. The green light is on. When I turn it on nothing shows on the screen. It just vibrates.

Have you tried powering on by holding down the power+menu+home buttons? If it works it would reset you tab to factory defaults, but you would be working.

I would try it again using a new or different SD Card, just to rule out a possible faulty card.

Does it do the firmware upgrade ok to 100%?

The tablet was working very fine before I installed Tim5a. Can you tell me is the tablet is gone? I had tried all the things that you told me. The tablet does not want to take the flash. All it does is vibrate and a noise. Nothing on the screen. Thank you for your help.

try plugging it into the charger and leaving for about 24 hours. Don't trun it on during this time. Then when you go to power it on you want to start by pressing menu+ home and holding them down before you press and hold power as well.

If that doesn't work you may have either a bad battery or a bad charger. Do you have any way to test the voltage output of the charger?

Ideally you want to measure the voltage under load as the voltage at the plug without any load often differs from the expected value.

Even if the voltage falls within / outside acceptable tolerances it doesn't necessarily mean the charger is Ok / FUBAR...

The OP wanted advice and ended up seeing a slap fight between two other members here.
