Screen scaling

ZigZag03

Lurker
I have a problem with this phone, and in fact I had the same problem with my S10e. Some sites simply don't scale properly, as you can see by the screen shot below. And of course the most pertinent info, in this case the flight times, are the ones that are compromised. Turning it sideways doesn't help. Was traveling with a buddy with an iphone, a much smaller screen than mine, and his displayed perfectly. This particular case is the Allegiant app, if that's not obvious, but I see it with other sites. For instance, on a log in screen, the field to type in the un or pw is so narrow that you have to type blind and hope. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here? Thanks!

I'm using the Allegiant app, and visually impaired is debatable. I'm at that stage of life where the bigger the screen, the bigger the font, the easier it is. As to the other example I cited, I don't remember, could have been a web site. I use DDG over chrome. Thanks for your replies.

yeah when you change the font a message should have popped up saying that some displays may not play nice with the new font size. so as suggested above use a browser for some apps when possible.

Thanks yall I did have text set to max, and maybe that's the difference, even in the app. I can't get back to those pages to view them live, so I'll wait until I have the issue somewhere again, and drop the font size down and see what happens. Doubtless you all are on the right track. Thanks again.
