I have strange problem with my screen sensor: while I charge battery (but not always), sensor react to touch incorrectly... Pushes buttons that I didn't touch, or desktops change each other when I only touch screen. I don't know, return smartphone to shop, or it's program bug and can be fixed with new version of android? Current version is 2.3.3.

Just wondering, but are you using the original charger that came with your Wildfire S? If you are, do you have a friend that can lend you one to try out.
The reason I ask is that I know that bad third party chargers can introduce electrical noise in to the system - noise that touch screens are very sensitive too and prevent them from registering touches correctly and makes them jittery. Perhaps you have a slightly dodgy charger - so would be interesting to hear if the problem still occurs when using a different one.

Yes, I'm using original charger. I wrote to htc support, and they said the same: I need try another charger. In next week I will change charger to new, and will write about result.
I am also having the exact same problem. Every time I charge my Wildfire S using the supplied charger whilst it is switched on the screen becomes jittery and does not respond correctly, making it unusable. The reason I have only just discovered this is that normally I only use the HTC charger to charge the phone when it is switched off - if I need to charge it during the day I plug it in to a spare USB port on my PC which does not cause any problems. Nor do I have any problems when charging using an in car charger - so I guess the issue lies with the HTC charger - it must be generating a lot of electrical interference. I'll drop HTC a line and see what they say.

I'm already dropped a line to HTC and they say: "try to use different charger". Then I went to HTC after-sales service, where specialist try to charge my phone and... it work normally! (( And he said: you have "capacitive touch screen", so this is normal to HTC, it can work with this artefacts. At home this problem appears always... Maybe this depends from electricity voltage?
P.S.: It seems, like touch screen work-ability also depends from hands temperature (or device temperature)... This is my first touch screen device, and I don't know, they are all work with this artifacts, or only HTC devices, or only my copy (

Replace the charger....
Test it on USB or any other chargers you have access to.
I just resolved this issue with my Galaxy S2 LTE. The wall charger supplied with the phone was bunk.
I took it to my rogers dealer and they gave me 25% off a new one after testing since they aren't covered by the manufacturer.
