Screen Separated from frame

unfortunately I dropped it and this happened:

the glass doesn't sit flush with the chrome bezel.

don't want to "waste" my free screen replacement on something minor like this. functions normally, so no real issue.

Mine also separated on one of my corners. I hadn't dropped it and always had a tech 21 case with a MIME glass. I have been waiting 6 weeks from Motorola for the warranty replacement. It happened after about 50 days of owning it.

are you trying to get it fixed/replaced as a warranty issue rather than the 1 free screen replacement?

Yes. I think the free screen replacement was a Verizon exclusive. I am through a local northeast WI cell provider. It's not even called a Droid Turbo. They call it a Moto Maxx (but its the same thing)

So I had to go the warranty route. They have given me an S5 as a loaner phone. I must say I miss the Turbo. I have owned 2 Galaxy tablets through the years. And after getting this Turbo, I'd take the near stock android over Touchwiz any day.

mine is getting worse, so i contacted motorola and they said they would replace the phone. i have 2 options, give them a $500 refundable deposit and they'll ship me a phone or I ship first, then wait until they ship a replacement.

well thats nice. At least it sounds like you will get one fairly quick. I am still waiting for mine. I hope to have it back in the next 2 weeks. It's been 8 damn weeks.
