Help Screen Shot help with SDK and Mac

I downloaded the SDK, and when i open the ddms this is what I get. Yes my phone is in debug mode. What do I need to do. The error I get is.....

Failed to get the adb version: Cannot run program:
and
error=2 No such file or directory

Ideas please?
