I accidently found this out today. But if you hit the back button then hit the home button before you let go of the back button the phone takes a screen shot. After trying to repeat it I found that if you hold the back button for half a second then press the home button it takes a screen shot. Then just go to your files, and look under screen capture. Apparently samsung built a screen shot protocol in to the phone.
