Help Screen slider lock issue

I reformatted my droid and before i reformatted I had no screen locks or anything. When I would click my shutter button, it was instantly at my home screen ready for use.


After formatting it, I have tried to get rid of all the screen locks and stuff but the slider is still there. on top of all this, there is no option to get rid of the security lock timer (its set to 20 minutes).

Im super annoyed that I have to slide the bar everytime i shutter the phone. any help?

Im running 2.2.1 and there are no updates.

I think i had done it without an app/addon in the past. Also when I get phone calls, the way to answer it used to be two buttons, but it is another slider (left to right).

I will look into the addon, thank you.
