screen taps, after 2.2 update

after the 2.2 update it seems that i have to touch the screen twice to register my touch. it only does it on web pages, and not on my 7 home pages.
is anyone else having this issue? if so, how do i correct this?

Happens to me also but not all of the time. I am not aware of any fix.

YES, this happens to me too, and only on web pages as well. I definitely noticed this because every hour or 2 I have to use the internet on my Evo(during work) and what I had to do was only a few clicks. Now I always have to hit the button/link twice rather than once like in 2.1. Kind of annoying, especially if you accidentally hit it twice and it zooms in. I dunno, I like the 2.2 update, but there's just quite a few things that shouldn't have been changed, and introduced a few problems.
