How do I keep the screen from dimming and then timing out (goes totally black) during a phone call? The proximity sensor is set to off in the Display settings so that the LCD should stay on. 'Settings>Calls>Turn on proximity sensor' (not checked)
Also, the phone was not in Power Saving mode, it was actually plugged into a charger at the time. This fade out happens either on the charger or off. And this is the second phone I have had, I returned the first for other issues, and both did the same thing.
Thoughts?
