Help screen turns blue

it has been jus two weeks since I got this phone I downloaded few apps n games but yesterday my screen turned into blue colour nothing was visible I got scared n within few secs it turned back t app screeno normal but whn I play games or use any app screen shows sanding black stripes as v see on tv and moile keeps gettin hanged whn I play any game.

try a soft reset, IE take battery out for 5mins, failing that do a factory reset.
